Voter Education Campaigns

This youth campaign aims to encourage people to participate in the upcoming parliamentary elections by informing them about how to do so properly and effectively. This is done through increasing awareness about the new Election Law, the mechanisms of casting and calculating votes, warning citizens of the risks of vote buying and selling, and encouraging them to vote based on whomever they consider to be the best candidate. The campaign aims to reach a total of 60,000 citizens through a range of activities based on selected  target groups: new young voters in schools, college students, women, imams, preachers, and women preachers. The activities are targeted, such as: open days at universities, awareness raising workshops for women, reaching citizens in their workplaces and in public places - The Caravan, discussion sessions between candidates for elections and their constituencies.
